Celtic Sea Salt is hand harvested from the coastal area of Guerande, Brittany. This salt is moist, unrefined and retains the beneficial trace minerals and nutrients of the ocean such as potassium and magnesium. It is ideal for seasoning most recipes.

Compared to regular table salt, which is produced by high temperature processing and refining to reduce it to sodium chloride, naturally derived Celtic Sea Salt has a distinct flavour and texture.
