The optimal ratio of ingredients recommended by specialists is 1:2:4 (Haritaki: Bibhitaki: Amalaki). We follow this precise ratio, ensuring our Triphala delivers the best results.

Qualities: In traditional Ayurvedic medicine, triphala is one of the most popular herbal formulas. It is most commonly used for immune system stimulation, improvement of digestion, gastrointestinal tract cleansing, and relief of gas and constipation.
Common Use: Triphala has a very strong taste and somewhat gritty texture. While it is possible to find it in pill form, the powder is more effective and can be mixed in cold or hot water, or added to juice. When it is used as a digestive toxic or laxative, it is best taken in the evening, about two hours after eating and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. No food should be eaten for one and a half hours after ingestion.
As a paste for topical applications, it is believed to improve and strengthen hair roots.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
